Stay reassured that you have secure, quick communication between Corporate Clients, Employees and Service Providers by using Passport 360’s built-in messenger system.
- Create Messages
Navigate to the Messages tab
Select the button.
Choose your notification group from the dropdown selection that the message needs to be sent to.
This would be every individual linked to your company, including Employees and linked Service Providers.
This will require you to choose a specific individual that needs to receive the message
This will send your message to the specified division only.
Select “yes” or “No” if your message requires mandatory feedback.
Use free text to include your message outline.
Type is your message. You can use various type styles available to you to change the format of your message.
Note: You are only permitted to use up to 5000 characters in your message. A number counter will display at the bottom right of your message indicating how many characters are still available.
Once your message is complete, select to send your message to the selected recipients.
Your “Notifications” bar will display all your messages that have been sent by you and received by you.
Note: Attachments are optional and size restriction of 10MB applies to ALL attach
