- Should you require a change to the current functionality within Passport 360, the attached change control form needs to be sent to email@example.com
- The Passport 360 Support team will log a User story which will be allocated to the Operations team for review.
- Timelines will be agreed on by both parties should your request be approved. Integration must be agreed upon by both Passport 360 and the relevant company with whom integration is required, based on client requirements. Development costs may be applicable
Passport 360 (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to decline or approve any Customisation or Development request. Should the request be approved, it may be subject to Customisation and/or Development charges.
